AFFINITY LIVING LANCASTER WHARF
Affinity Living Lancaster Wharf (ALLW) is a build-to-rent scheme of 266 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Set across a series of liked buildings of six to 23 storeys, Affinity Living will accommodate 266 one- and two-bed homes and a reactivated canalside to cater to the demands of the Birmingham rental market.
Offering large living spaces with new hybrid ways of living and working for young professionals, LW will boast floor-to-ceiling glazing and fully integrated high-spec kitchens, in addition to a multitude of amenities across the site.
