HOLLOWAY HEAD

The Holloway introduces 485 Build to Rent apartments across two phases and four buildings.

Ranging between eight and 14 storeys, the project is a partnership between residential management company A Part Of (Apo) and owners Invesco Real Estate.

The Holloway comprises a mix of one-, to three-bedroom furnished apartments with a range of top-class amenities across the site.

These include shared meeting and workspaces, dining areas, a residents’ media lounge, a street-facing gymnasium, courtyards, roof terraces, and spaces for c. 57 cars & 112 bicycles.

Phase I, now complete, is also the new home for Birmingham Girl Guides where facilities include activity spaces, common room, a main hall, and a shop. Phase II is well underway on the final two buildings for a 2025 completion.
