The Development

Great Charles Street is to be transformed into a dynamic new 722-home neighbourhood, after lying underdeveloped for over 50 years.

The major BTR (build to rent) development, designed to bridge the gap between the historic Jewellery Quarter & the city core, will be home to a vibrant new community, offering 372 one, 315 two & 35 three-bedroom apartments (42-113 sqm) in three new buildings ranging from 5-6, 6-16, and 39-storeys (126m).

Open-air terraces, characterful private (and public) gardens, a concierge, a cinema, and a variety of lounges will be available to residents; while the 39-storey will feature an 18th floor amenity space that punctuates the design.

Complementing this will be a brand new public realm around Snow Hill Station, high-quality boutiques, independents, cafes-bars, restaurants, health and wellbeing facilities & space for businesses and freelancers.

With 36 affordable apartments (20% discount), there will be spaces for 41 cars, 4 motorcycle bays, 4 EV bays, and spaces for 462 cycles.
