SMITHFIELD HOUSE, WORKS AND LOFTS

Smithfield House, Works & Lofts will introduce a new, vibrant 687-home neighbourhood, reinvigorating a rundown site.

Spread across two plots, an urban community will be woven into the city’s prospering cultural quarter, introducing builds of seven to 11 storeys on Cheapside/ Bradford Street, and up to 23 storeys on Moseley Street.

The project will introduce a range of modern curated one- to three-bedroom apartments – 274 one, 405 two, 8 three; 103 affordable units (Rent & First Homes) – street-level commercial spaces for independents, dining and creatives, and vital new green infrastructure enhancements.

There will be new green routes, public and private gardens, a concierge service, community rooftops, balconies, cinema & TV lounge areas, workspaces, fitness studio, and spaces for 638 bicycles.
