This April construction update showcases the brilliant progress being made at Boulevard, a flagship rental scheme set to introduce 278 homes to this ever-evolving area of the city.

We got our drone up over the weekend to show the fantastic progress on site at Boulevard on Bristol Street.​

The flagship development from INVESTIN will introduce 278 city-centre one- and two-bedroom apartments to the area across builds of up to 15 storeys.

With SFS (Steel Framing Systems) underway, internals set to start in June, and a show apartment due soon, residents living here will have a wide-range of amenities to feast on.

There will be a gymnasium and cinema space, spacious lounges and workspaces, a podium courtyard, and a roof terrace, with Boulevard setting the standard for the rental sector in this part of the city.

Construction starts at 'Boulevard @ Southside'

Construction has commenced at ‘Boulevard @ Southside’, a vacant plot of land on Bristol Street, a major thoroughfare into Birmingham city centre

Piling works is underway across the site, with Bespoke Construction tasked with the job of building out the six building, 278-home development​.

A two-phased affair, the Investin PLC development will deliver an initial 145 one & two-bedroom apartments in Phase I, across three new builds of four, six & 15-storeys. 

Phase II will deliver the three remaining buildings of five and six storeys. 

Residents will have access to a gymnasium and cinema, spacious lounges, co-working areas, a roof terrace, and a podium courtyard, all of which will set the standard for the city's burgeoning rental sector.
