THE ESSINGTON
The Essington is a prime Build to Rent scheme set to deliver 525 apartments across a 47-storey (145m).
The development will contain a wealth of residential amenity facilities, including a public realm and pocket park at the entrance to the scheme.
Designed to high-spec, The Essington will provide 229 one & 296 two-bed homes (1-4 persons), with 6 two-bed penthouses at level 46 (122-140 sqm), alongside the city’s highest private dining room, a sky lounge, and three terraces.
At mezzanine and ground floor levels, a range of facilities will also include WFH space, 163 cycle storage & workshop, a yoga/well-being studio, gym and sauna facilities, a residents’ lounge, a nursery, and games, cinema, event and arcade rooms.
The building is expected to be externally finished in pre-cast concrete porcelain with a white roughcast finish, rib patterned profile pre-cast, and a pearl gold window system.
