The Development
Neighbourhood: a new gateway destination into the Jewellery Quarter.
The former Sytner car dealership will make way for a vibrant new 414-home build-to-rent community, complete with four commercial units. a publicly accessible courtyard & private resident amenities.
Spread over two parcels of land, dissected by Camden Street, five new buildings of 3 to 9 storeys will be built, one that repairs the urban grain & overall street scene, with each sensitively designed to acknowledge its location within a Conservation Area and facing onto the city fringes.
Neighbourhood will accommodate a mixture of one to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes (208 one, 185 two, 21 three-beds), along with four commercial units (568 sqm) centred around the site’s new pedestrian route linking Newhall Hill and Camden Street, with one unit fronting the site's new publicly accessible courtyard.
Those living here will have access to a private onsite concierge service, private gardens, roof terraces, and social spaces including a gym, lounge, and WFH areas within a double height winter garden..
