In brief

Apex Lofts is a nine-storey development of 80 apartments and duplexes, situated within an industrially rich area.

Offering a well-designed selection of 33 one, 33 two & 14 duplex apartments, the building features articulate cutting edge features – such as its saw-tooth roof – that fully reflect and respects the heritage of the area.

Replacing a former vehicle showroom and garage, the first major development to break ground will become a catalyst for more redevelopment in the surrounding areas of the emerging Rea Valley Urban Quarter.

Facilities include two private large balconies for select duplex apartments, with a communal rooftop garden and outdoor gym garden grouped together to offer unrivaled views across the city. At ground level, another garden is provided alongside secure and easy access to two cycle stores offering up to eighty cycle spaces.
