THE HUNDRED
The Hundred is a £70 million build-to-rent development that will deliver 294 homes, commercial, and best-in-class resident amenities.
Asymmetrical in design, the 33-storey ‘smart’ all-electric building will become one of the most sustainable in the city (EPC B, Wired Score “Platinum”, and HQM 4.5*).
It’ll accommodate 134 one, 142 two & 18 three-bed apartments and duplexes (43-130 sqm; 1-6 persons; c.9% affordable), with 72% of homes benefiting from dual-aspect views across the city.
Levels 1, 19 & 25 will boast external spaces such as communal terraces, private terraces, and shared gardens for growing; whilst internally will deliver workspaces, gym and yoga space, meeting rooms, dining areas, cinema and gaming rooms, plus a 338-space cycle hub.
At street level, there will also be opportunities for shops, cafes, and restaurants on Broad Street, along with a circa £300K public realm.
