The Development

East & Green is a residential-led community of 160 contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Transforming a strategic Digbeth plot, the site reinvention will see three interlinked buildings ranging from five to eight storeys.

With the project primarily marketed for the young working professional in the city, the accommodation emphasises this with a mix of 48% one & 52% two-bedroom apartments, whilst also offering fourteen car parking spaces. Complementing the new community will be a courtyard, balconies to apartments on Bradford Street, and a fifth floor external communal rooftop terrace.
