OCTAGON

Octagon, 49 storeys (155m), is the world’s tallest pure octagonal residential skyscraper.

This unique build-to-rent tower will accommodate 370 spacious new homes – 218 one-, 144 two-, & 8 three-beds; 51.3–115 sqm; 30 affordable – and will feature eight identical facades to convey the purest form, punctuated by large windows offering uninterrupted views across the city.

Octagon will also be the first with a pressurised core, a class-leading safety feature, and a sprinkler system that extends to individual apartments.

A triple-height glazed base will host a range of retail, lounges, workspaces, a wellness hub, and a gym, along with c. 225 bicycle spaces.
