CORTLAND BROAD STREET, PHASE I @ 'THE SQUARE'.
Cortland Broad St. is a part-six, part 35 storey build to rent development containing 440 one- & two-bedroom apartments and high-class community facilities.
Cortland boasts more than 12K SF of amenities, including a landscaped courtyard, a rooftop tenants’ club, gym and cinema space, workspaces, lounges, dining areas, and a bouldering wall.
The next phase has consent for an eight-storey, 229-bed mid-range hotel with commercial facilities that is wholly dependent on a hotel occupier.
PROGRESS AT CORTLAND BROAD STREET:
October 2021 - Demolition has been completed, with construction imminent.

A piling rig is on-site, signalling that construction is now underway on the first phase. 440 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments will be delivered for Cortland UK, part of US BTR giant Cortland Group, in partnership with Harrison Street.
January 2022 - The crane is in the process of being installed.
Foundations complete, ready for the core next.
