Hoskin’s Yard is a purpose-built Build to Rent development set to introduce 515 new homes to the site.

Composed of three blocks, separated by roof gardens to allow for outdoor & indoor space, Hoskin’s Yard will introduce two brick & pre-cast 10-storeys with eight-storey wings, and a 25-storey pre-cast tower on the corner (76.5m).

The development will accommodate two staircases & a mix containing 303 one-beds (1-2 persons), 154 two-beds (3 persons) & 58 three-bedroom (4 person) apartments.
