HOCKLEY MILLS QUICK OVERVIEW:

Hockley Mills is a £105M BtR mixed-use redevelopment featuring eight new buildings.

Situated next to Jewellery Quarter Train station, 395 rented properties will be delivered within one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments & duplexes; landscaped courtyard spaces & 28,000K of flexible commercial space for leisure, offices and retail usages, will also be formed.

With the site also seeing a new entrance to Jewellery Quarter station, ample cycle storage spaces will be incorporated alongside a covered car park area for 116 vehicles.

The site was recently acquired by Legal & General, on behalf of its BTR Access Development Partnership - a joint venture between Legal & General Capital and PGGM.

With Glancy Nicholls the architects behind the major scheme, Sir Robert McAlpine (SRM) - contractor - now acts as developer, with completion estimated for Q4 2023.
