Digbeth Heights has consent for a new build development of 78 new homes & the conversion of a historic workshop building.

Set within the emerging Rea Valley Urban Quarter, car-free Digbeth Heights will reanimate the tired site with a part 5, part 8 storey new build of 76 apartments; the retention, refurbishment, and conversion of a listed rear workshop to the rear - providing a key focal point to the site's new courtyard.

With 1-5 person accommodation provided (40-88sqm), the old workshop building will maintain many of its historic original features to become home to 2 two-bedroom homes. Additional amenities include roof gardens and private external amenity spaces on the upper levels. 8 affordable apartments are designated for low-cost home ownership, with a cycle store accommodating 78 cycle spaces.
