Park View

This is Park View: a residential reinvigoration of a former industrial site.

The site has been developed with a new four to seven-storey apartment building that will soon deliver 110 one-, two- & three-bedroom market sale apartments alongside six sizeable duplexes (including 10% low-cost discounts).

Sitting on higher ground overlooking Birmingham city centre, amenities at Park View include city-facing rooftop terraces, including a fifth-floor garden, and selective terraces across the site. There will also be twenty vehicles and 100% cycling provisions provided.

CGI's have since been amended to brickwork (2022); original impressions from Prosperity.
