JOHN CADBURY HOUSE
John Cadbury House, since acquired by Aston University, offers an eco-friendly hybrid mix of office, retail, and social uses.
With more than 46K SF of space, the grand old building, which is operationally net-zero and fully powered by green electricity, provides a series of affordable, modern workspaces and state-of-the-art technology, all arranged around a vast central atrium space for around 350 workers.
It will become the new home for the University’s business and community engagement and alumni relations and development teams, along with a hub for business engagement, enterprise creation, and innovation capacity-building.
It will also consolidate all the University’s corporate services in one building, as well as hosting the Chancellery and Executive office.
For the public, there's Perch - a coffee shop - and there will also be pop-ups, food clubs, exhibitions, and partnerships with local charities.
The building also provides space for The Church of England Birmingham.
All CGI images are the property of Kinrise and Vaabs Creative.
