SHERLOCK YARD
Sherlock Yard is a sustainable 551-home build-to-rent (BTR) neighbourhood that expands the city core outward.
Six new builds ranging from five to 30 storeys have now been built on the 2.47-acre site, with Get Living set to operate the site when it completes in 2025.
Sherlock Yard will boast an eclectic selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments, complemented by 16.5K SF of vibrant commercial uses.
There will also be a pedestrianised 'village public square' and a whole host of tech-enabled amenities to boost the living experience.
These include a series of connected green spaces for communal and private use, a community gym and yoga studio, a 24-hour concierge, a range of lounges and workspaces, podium gardens, and a double-height sky lounge.
This will be reinforced by a landscape inspired by the site’s rich industrial heritage.
