THE JAMES BIRMINGHAM
The James Birmingham will provide 150 co-living rental homes within a transformed Richmond House.
The James will be complemented by a unique and well-balanced combination of furnished en-suite studios (25-41 sqm) and multiple social areas as part of the co-living experience.
Facilities will include a gymnasium, a selection of communal and work lounges, four kitchen and dining areas, and games. cinema and podcast rooms.
There will also be external spaces at ground and seventh-floor levels, along with a shared rooftop terrace.
Other changes will include replacement windows and glazing.
The James aims to embrace all demographics, from post-graduates to young professionals to downsizers, by offering flexibility for shorter and longer stays.
