CROWN PLACE
Crown Place is a 100.1m purpose-built student development within the student quarter of Birmingham.
Rising to 33 storeys (double-height ground floor with 31 floors thereafter) with nine and 12-storey shoulders on either side, Crown Place will deliver 814 student units.
These will be available in a mixture containing 555 standard and 17 double occupancy studios, 134 six to eight-bedroom clusters, and a healthy 108 twelve-bedroom duplexes.
These will be social spaces on each floor including a communal TV room space for the clusters, with the site’s ground level featuring a reception and lounge, a gym, management suites, plus games, cinema, and study rooms.
