131 High Street, on the site of the former J&S Motorcycles, is to be redeveloped with a new seven storey comprising of 136 apartments.

Set within the Digbeth Deritend and Bordesley conservation area, the new community will accommodate 58 one (2 persons), 74 two (3-4 persons), and 4 three-bedroom apartments (4-5 persons).

The site will benefit from open green courtyards, private rear gardens to ground floor homes, with four separate amenity spaces including a gym, lounge, and informal meeting and workspaces.

There will also be 160 secure and covered bicycle spaces.
