West Midlands Metro line 2 will start at near Wednesbury Great Western Street Tram Stop (next to the West Midlands Metro tram depot).

It will follow track bed towards Dudley, leaving for street level onto Castle Hill.

Phase 1 is being built to Dudley, phase 2 (if it happens) will be built towards Brierley Hill.
