The Development
Queensgate Square will deliver c. 227 studio, one to three-bedroom apartments, including affordable housing, across three buildings.
Phase 1 includes the conversion of the former office building, Queensgate House, a 1950s building, into ground-level commercial offices, with studios, and one and three-bedroom apartments on its upper floors.
Phase 2 will see the site’s vacant car park site developed with two new builds of 12 & 15-storeys, delivering an additional 159 apartments, both set around communal landscaped amenity gardens and a square.
