The Development: One Brindleyplace

1 Brindleyplace is to be comprehensively refurbished and upwardly extended to deliver an attractive and sustainable environment for tomorrow’s office tenant.

The 1994-built five-storey structure, which also includes a basement level, will be reconfigured and aesthetically enhanced to deliver sustainable Cat A office floorspace (BREEAM Excellent; NABERS 5/5.5*; EPC B rating; Embodied Carbon A rating).

Its ground floor will be decluttered and improved with the infilling of a colonnade to offer fluid frontages across the street to provide vibrant ‘hub style’ facilities, including a modern new reception, a ‘Club Lounge’, meeting spaces & potential food and beverage offerings.

First-Fourth floors will also be upgraded, with a feature staircase and standard toiletry improvements. The fifth floor, currently a plant level, will deliver an upward green-roofed extension that will be complemented by attractive, rooftop gardens.

The site’s basement level will offer 21 car parking spaces (4 EVs) along with 81 cycles, shower and changing facilities, and a drying room. 475 metres of additional floorspace will be created overall, taking the property from 9,654 sqm to 10,129 sqm.
