An open-air car park site is to be developed into a 109-bed residential scheme from CityBeing – including 5% affordability (subject to change).

Acquired for £3m in 2021, the Gensler-designed project, which rises to seven storeys, accommodates 109 one to three-bedroom apartments to cater to every need.

Residents will have access to on-site amenity space including a spacious communal roof-top terrace extending to 1,405 sqm of outdoor shared space & 75sqm of communal indoor space for residents – including areas for relaxing, play space, and areas to grow plants, as well as offering views across the city.

The ground floor will provide a main entrance and reception that provides a 24-hour concierge and management team, along with toilets and a parcel room. 20% of the residences benefit from dedicated private balcony space, with every apartment equipped with a Juliet balcony.
