No.240 Holliday Street is a 106-home development across a ground plus seven storey new build.
An existing 79-space surface level car park will make way for a new seven storey, introducing 106 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Enriching the site with a community-focused development, a viable mix containing 65 one-bed, 34 two-bed, and 7 three-bedroom family homes, will be on offer.
In addition, 1,139 sqm of internal and external amenities, offering a green health and wellbeing focus, will also be made available to residents.
Facilities will include a 24-hour concierge, a post room, front and rear communal spaces, balconies to homes, and a spacious roof garden with seating, gym space, and a running track.
With minimal car parking (inc. EVs) available, 128 cycle spaces will be allocated.
The plans are now subject to a Section 106 legal agreement for 7% affordable housing, the most the scheme can support without rendering it unviable.
