THE DEVELOPMENT
Paper Yard will revive a 1960s warehouse site with new quality housing, including 77 apartments and family townhouses.
With all leases on site now expired, the tired industrial site is to be unceremoniously demolished, before being replaced with four distinct but interconnected blocks of three to six storeys, delivering 71 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and six family-sized townhouses/duplexes.
All of this will be complemented by a healthy mix of greenery and resident amenities, which will include gardens to all ground floor apartments, recessed/Juliet balconies, a heavily landscaped communal garden, photovoltaic panels, a green roof on the Princip Street part, and secure spaces for 75 cycles.
