SCHOLARS QUARTER

Scholars Quarter is a residential new build development comprising of 102 apartments across seven interconnected buildings – including a restored Wellington Works.

The former Wellington Works foundry, demolished after a partial collapse, saw its façade reconstructed using mostly salvaged bricks in the same form as it was originally built in the 19^th century – it will become apartments.

Across the site a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments will be on offer (2-4 persons), each one designed in its own character.

There will also be five intimate courtyards, with residents also benefiting from balconies and terraces.
