In brief

USE: Erection of a U-shaped 4-storey building comprising 23 one & two-bedroom apartments (1-4 persons) & two ground level commercial units (1581.2 sq ft) - positively reanimating Harford Street.

This mixed-use scheme essentially 'plugs in' an underutilised 'gap' site, previously used as a car park to the former TSB bank at 22a Great Hampton Street, currently under refurbishment from Cordia.

Set around a centralised courtyard - accessed via both a gated entrance from Harford Street between 22a & from the car park area of the Lamp Works scheme, next door - apartments will also have the added benefit of private balconies and terraces.

With adjacent sites under extensive transformation - all from Cordia and BPN Architects - this project will naturally blend with its surroundings at Gilders Yard and 22A, and will provide a seamless extension to The Lamp Works, next door.

24 cycle spaces are to be provided within secure double stacked storage, alongside 4 visitor spaces.
