Low carbon in delivery and operation - EPC B, BREEAM 'Excellent, WiredScore Gold - the seven-storey property will deliver 78,550K SF of high-quality modern office space.

The building will be complemented by amenities such as a 1,8K SF gym, showers and drying rooms, six internal courtyards, two seventh-roof terraces, and excellent end-of-journey facilities, in addition to updated ground-floor shopfronts.
