STONE YARD
Stone Yard is a major brownfield site set to deliver approximately 1,000 build-to-rent homes.
The new community, a joint venture between Moda Living and Aviva Capital Partners, will be operated by Moda and will be accompanied by a range of amenities and green spaces – including commercial spaces, a landscaped public boulevard, and roof terraces.
Acquired from Gallagher Developments and Court Collaboration (50% each), Stone Yard already holds consent for 955 homes across seven best-in-class design and energy efficient buildings ranging between six and 30 storeys.
These plans include a selection of one & two-bedroom apartments (c.20% affordability), with 25-30K SF of commercial including retail, restaurant, bars, a café, and a fitness club.
Resident amenities include private courtyards, lounges, co-working, dining spaces, a cinema room & spaces for 70 vehicles, and c.464 cycles.
