THE DEVELOPMENT

Morville Street Apartments is an 80-home residential development at the forefront of the Ladywood masterplan.

Replacing a former Health Centre, Morville Street has been designed with the stacking of two blocks set at different angles.

Rising up to 14 storeys, the building will accommodate 33 one- and 47 two-bedroom market sale apartments (9 affordable) alongside 80 secure cycle spaces & a range of amenities, including work-from-home areas, a ground-level courtyard garden, and the building's crowning feature: a rooftop amenity garden to the peak of the building.
