1,968 studio bed spaces will be created (20-33 sqm), complemented by a 134 sqm café at the base of the 48-storey, and 5,281 sqm amenities.

All accommodation will be served by a single central core with two staircases and four lifts.

Amenities will largely be concentrated across the lower levels, although break levels will be introduced at floors 13, 27 & 41 across both towers.

Facilities on offer will include a mixture of lounges and study spaces, function rooms, a gym and studio, a leisure pool, a sauna, and a steam room.

The roofs of both towers will each contain four small external garden spaces and will be complemented by internal amenities and ancillary plant space.

The development will be car-free, owing to the site's location. Instead, 200 bicycle facilities will be provided with provision for further expansion.
