VITA STUDENT
Vita Student is a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development set to bring 540 studio bed spaces into the area.
Two BREAAM 'Very Good' buildings of 10 & 29 storeys will be built, delivering five types of studios aimed at the top end of the student market. (Standard, standard+, enlarged, premium, and Vita Ultimate bedrooms.)
Facilities will include 24-hour concierge services, bookable dining rooms, a gym studio, social hub, games area, study spaces, and an outdoor terrace.
A new Gough Street layby will also be formed for deliveries and drop-offs, while Vita Student will offer free resident bike hire – of which there will be c.254 spaces.
