Gough Street is a £52M Vita Group-operated PBSA scheme comprising 540 student accommodation.

The Vita Group-operated project will deliver two buildings of 10 and 29 storeys, providing 540 studio accommodation over 206K SF of floor space, accommodating an eclectic range of studios aimed at the top end of the student market.

Both buildings, designed to carefully consider their surroundings, in terms of height, materiality, and uses, will aim for ‘BREEAM Very Good’ sustainability accreditation and will be constructed in a stack bonded finish with a horizontal rhythm that creates depth, texture, and visual interest, on what is a key city centre route.

Shared amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, bookable dining rooms, a gym studio & social hub, a pool/games area, study spaces, and external terraces on levels one, two & the 29th floor.

No car parking will be made available; however, a new layby will be created on Gough Street for deliveries, refuse, and drop-offs. 207 bicycles will be allocated within the site, with 47 to Gough Street.
