2 Brindley is to be revitalised with a series of net-zero upgrades, bringing it up to 90K SF.
With 80% of the structure remaining, cutting its embodied carbon by over 50%, an all-electric energy-efficient system will be introduced to the building, as will a single-storey glazed rooftop extension, adding an additional 14,500K SF of high-quality office floor space.
Two new rooftop terraces will be formed, while the façade at the ground, first, sixth & seventh floors will be overhauled and upgraded.
The ground level will also be decluttered and rejuvenated with a new, modern entrance, lobby space, and spacious reception areas fit for the modern office occupier.
Other facilities include a wellness suite, fitness studio, changing areas, screening room, six EV charging bays & a secure 128-space cycle hub.
