PAPER YARD
Paper Yard is a 77-home development set to rejuvenate a 1960s warehouse site.
Four interconnected new builds will be delivered on the redeveloped site, with buildings set to range from three to six storeys in height.
Paper Yard will accommodate 31 one- and 33 two-bedroom apartments, complemented by 1 one-bed & 12 two-bedroom townhouses/duplexes (3 affordable).
Residents will have access to a heavily landscaped courtyard, with ground-level homes each having private gardens, with many elsewhere also benefitting from Juliet/ and or recessed balconies.
Paper Yard will also incorporate PV panels and a green roof fronting Princip Street, as well as secure cycle spaces for up to 75.
