The development
Lockside Wharf (5 Scotland Street) is a bespoke canal-side development of 61 high-end one to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, blending old-world with new (17 one, 39 two, 5 three-bed)
Already sold out, Lockside Wharf involves the preservation, refurbishment and extension of ‘Scotland Works’, a significant Victorian workshop dating back to 1889, into 16 new homes providing a reclaimed aesthetic.
Maximising the site’s footprint, a new build six storey will be built on the former car park site, offering an additional 45 contemporary living spaces and balconies. 45 cycles, 12 cars & 2 EV spaces are to be provided
