THE DEVELOPMENT
St Paul’s Quarter is a two-phased PRS mixed-use development comprising around 300 homes & c100,000K SF of commercial & business space. (small amendment as of Q4 2022; exact numbers released soon)
Set across around twenty new buildings, and two retained Grade II* listed buildings (109 Northwood Street & 199 Newhall Street), St. Paul’s Quarter will provide a high-quality selection of one to three-bedroom apartments.
The site will be opened up for the first time in well over 20 years to allow for a new public thoroughfare - Harpers Hill - to dissect the heart of the historic site; this will bring vibrancy and footfall to the area, complemented by new shops, bars, restaurants & workspaces for local businesses to thrive.
Phase one (subject to potential change) will ultimately see the formulation of eight new buildings – some interlinked – with phase two delivering eight more.
