The development
Camp Hill Gardens will deliver a new community of 550 build-to-rent (BTR) homes across six new buildings ranging from three to 26-storeys.
The major BTR placemaking scheme will provide a fine selection of studios, one to three-bedroom apartments, and townhouses* (44- 130sqm), with all buildings centred around one acre of private elegantly-landscaped gardens.
Further nurturing Digbeth’s live-work-play ethos, the community will benefit from a new public realm, with amenities including a rooftop bar and terraces, private dining, fitness zones, a nursery, and independent retail and spaces for incubators and business start-ups.
Goodstone Living – the UK BTR property arm of Macquarie Asset Management – will develop the site it acquired from Eutopia Homes, who remains as development manager. Elements Europe will deliver the buildings via an innovative volumetric offsite modular solution
In terms of transport, 47 standard vehicle spaces will be allocated with 8 disabled, 17 electric vehicle bays & 750 cycles.
* The residential mix will create 26 studios, 250 one, 172 two, and 96 three-bed apartments, alongside 6 three-bedroom family townhouses.
