BOULEVARD

Boulevard is a flagship development set to introduce 278 city-centre one- and two-bed apartments.

Six new builds ranging from four to 15 storeys is currently being built out, with residents set to benefit from a high-quality mixture of amenities.

There will be a gym and cinema space, lounges and workspaces, a podium courtyard, and a roof terrace, setting the standard for the city’s rental sector.
