Beyond Property Group is to transform 55 Holloway Head into a thriving new place to live and work.

Phased works will begin with the implementation of below-ground drainage and demolition works within the site’s existing car park courtyard area.

Phase two (2024) will see the conversion of the Lee Bank Business Centre into 122 ‘loft style’ one-, two- and three-bedroom build-to-sell homes, with new three-storey upward extensions to Blucher Street and Holloway Head.

Facilities will include a concierge service, a selection of lounges, workspaces, a gymnasium, event rooms, and, reanimating Holloway Head, two commercial units.

Phase three will deliver 9 three-bedroom (141 sqm) townhouses to Chapman's Passage, complete with individual entrances and private terraces.
