TOWER LEAF

Tower Leaf is a landmark 48-storey (146.7m) Build to Rent (BTR) development – set to become the tallest within Digbeth.

The project will introduce 454 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments (181 one/273 two; 1-4 persons; 3% AH) and, befitting a BTR development, a high-quality selection of resident amenities.

Residents will benefit from lower-level facilities such as a concierge service, a post room, lounges, workspaces, a cinema room, and dining spaces.

At the peak of the tower will be a pinnacle sky bar terrace overlooking the city.

New public realm landscaping works (c. £526K) will also be undertaken on Chapel House Street.

All artist's impressions are the property of Court Collaboration.
