SOUTH CENTRAL

South Central Tower is a 30-storey containing 166 new homes, a Bristol Street-facing commercial unit, a mezzanine level, and a rooftop sky garden.

The curved building, with its 1,800 terracotta panels, will offer an eclectic range of one, two & three-bedroom apartments (eight First Homes & low-cost units), complemented by a lobby lounge, concierge, multimedia room, co-working spaces, and a cycle workshop with spaces for 76 bicycles.

The crowning feature of South Central will be its sky garden; a rooftop space that will offer cosy space for an outdoor cinema, a place to socialise, exercise, or simply take in the ever-changing views.
