Connaught Square has consent for four new builds containing 770 one-, two- & three-bedroom apartments, including a 28-storey residential tower. (S106 agreement secured: December 2021)

Forming a major part of the city’s wider plans to regenerate Digbeth, Connaught would be built-out in two separate phases, with builds ranging from four to 28-storeys, and comprising 367 one, 357 two & 46 three-bedroom apartments, plus 420K SF of commercial, including a gym & boxing academy.

A new riverside walkway would also be formulated alongside a new communal terrace facing the River Rea, opening up the site for the public for the first time in a century.
